We currently have an in-house opening in our Marietta Branch.
We are looking for a candidate to join our Pirate Staffing team to help recruit candidates for our open positions in the warehouse, construction/demolition, etc. fields.
Monday through Friday, Saturday's IF needed (Alternating every other Saturday/Sunday)
Must be able to work overtime when needed. Schedule 9:30 am – 6:00pm.
Schedule must be flexible to work overtime if necessary.
Must be able to work under pressure and in a high pace environment
Experience in the recruiting field a plus
Individual must have strong communication / Client Relationship building skills, and Excellent phone personality.
Some of the duties will include:
Helping applicants fill out their employment application
Answering phone calls
Recruiting temporary employees
Data Entry
Frequent cold-calling and appointment setting
Call existing customers to generate repeat sales
Assist new applicants with the employment process, answer questions and qualify potential temporary employees for eligibility to work
Assist with dispatch by preparing work tickets, distributing safety equipment, selecting employees for job assignments, and directing them to the job site location
Assist in processing payroll
Taking accurate customer orders over the phone
We also staff for warehouse, construction, clerical, skilled employees, etc.
Job Requirements
Must have own reliable vehicle with proof of auto insurance.
Clean background. (Background check will be done upon hiring process)
Clean driving record. (Must present driving record)
Be professional under tough circumstances.
Polite and friendly.
Have a positive can-do attitude.
Quick learner.
Attention to detail.
Energetic.
Willing to learn and help out as a team member.
Entry level position starts $11.50 with plenty opportunity for growth and advancement
