Are you a skilled mechanic who loves hands-on work and isn’t afraid to travel for the job? Elite Construction is looking for experienced Millwright Maintenance Mechanics to join our growing team on out-of-town assignments. This is a travel position with immediate start and the potential to turn into a full-time role!

What You’ll Do:
🔹 Install, align, and maintain industrial machinery like conveyors, turbines, and generators
🔹 Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
🔹 Operate cranes, hoists, and forklifts to move heavy equipment safely
🔹 Fabricate and repair machine parts on-site using lathes, grinders, and other machining tools
🔹 Follow OSHA safety guidelines while working in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:
✅ 2+ years of documented field experience in mechanical or millwright work
✅ Strong mechanical background – vertical mills, lathes, pumps, fans, hydraulics
✅ Own measuring and hand tools
✅ Valid driver’s license & must pass drug test
✅ Comfortable with extended travel (typically 3 weeks at a time) and long hours
