👏 Congratulations to Ben Vosters, our Core Value Winner for “Integrity in Every Decision”!
For more than five years, Ben has demonstrated a commitment to doing things the right way. While the IT team was reworking data in the new ERP system, Ben identified an opportunity to align the database with best practices better. He encouraged the team to rethink its approach, helping create a more maintainable solution while still delivering the same value. His initiative and thoughtful approach are a great example of integrity in action.
Ben selected Kinship Community Food Center as his Charity of Choice. Their mission is to engage volunteers and neighbors to help end hunger, isolation, and poverty while building a stronger, more connected community. We’re proud to donate $1,000 to support their meaningful work.
