We are honored to share that our very own Khadija Ali, President and CEO of Global Language Connection, was invited to be the guest speaker at the symposium on The Economic and Social Impacts of Diaspora-Led Trade and Investment, held in Paris, France last May 25, 2023.

Hosted by OECD Development Centre in partnership with Minnesota Africans United (MAU) and the World’s Fair Fund, the event aimed to promote and explore the potential of diaspora-led trade and investment in driving economic and social development in Africa.

Khadija's vast experience in language services and her dedication to promoting cultural understanding and communication across borders made her the perfect choice to share her insights on the topic.

We are proud to see her represent GLC and contribute to the conversation on global economic growth!

We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the Minnesota team for their incredible support in bidding to be the Specialized expo 2027 host. Your passion and dedication to this cause have not gone unnoticed, and we are grateful for all that you have done.

While Minnesota was not ultimately chosen to host the expo, Global Language Connection would like to extend our warmest congratulations to Serbia on winning the bid to host the Specialized Expo 2027 in the beautiful city of Belgrade! We are excited to see how Serbia will showcase its rich cultural heritage, love for sports, and music on the world stage.

We are thrilled to announce that our very own President and CEO, Ms. Khadija Ali has been selected as a finalist for the 2023 Vanguard Accelerator program! Her hard work and determination have earned her a spot among the top finalists out of 260+ applications submitted.

As a language services provider, Global Language Connection is committed to breaking down language barriers and promoting cultural understanding in business and beyond. Ms. Ali's leadership and expertise have been instrumental in driving our mission forward and we are proud to have her represent us in this prestigious program.
