Location: Atlanta, GA.
Pay: $20- $25/hr (DOE)

Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and experienced Maintenance Technicians to support multifamily apartment communities in the area. If you have a strong maintenance background and enjoy keeping properties running smoothly, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
• Complete work orders for residents and property management
• Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair.

Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused FLO (Floor Operations) Associate to join our warehouse team. This position involves 40–50% manual labor and requires working on and off a lift to pick, load, and move product throughout the facility. The primary product handled at this site is plastic drainage material.

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
Comfortable performing physical labor for extended periods
Ability to safely operate warehouse lift equipment (or willingness to be trained)
Steel toe shoes are required on the warehouse floor
Strict adherence to safety protocols — safety is our top priority
No cell phones permitted on the warehouse floor
