Stand-By Personnel is seeking a CNC Lathe Machinist (Level 1) with hands-on experience and a strong understanding of machining fundamentals.

💲 $23.00–$28.00/hr (DOE)
🕒 Monday–Friday | 8:00AM–5:00PM
📍 Tulsa, OK

This role is ideal for a machinist who can confidently read prints, set up machines, and operate CNC lathes in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and work instructions
• Adjust machine settings and perform precision work
• Use CNC programming and calculations as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines

Qualifications:
• Experience with HAAS machines (ST30SS & ST20YSS w/ live tooling)
• CNC lathe experience required
• Familiarity with Fusion 360 preferred
• At least 1 year of related experience
• Ability to pass a drug & alcohol screening
