We are seeking skilled Repair Technicians to perform the teardown, inspection, refurbishment, and reassembly of valves. This hybrid role requires work in both a shop environment and at customer sites, with up to 75% travel. The ideal candidate must possess or be able to obtain a TWIC card and comply with DISA Random Testing Program (RTP) requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform teardown, inspection, cleaning, and refurbishment of valves, actuators, and related components.
- Diagnose issues such as leaks, wear, or damage and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
- Reassemble valves and perform pressure tests or functionality tests to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Document inspection findings, repair processes, and final test results in detailed reports.
- Provide on-site valve repair services at customer locations, including installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
Qualifications: Skills & Knowledge:
- Experience in disassembly, repair, and reassembly of industrial valves.
- Experience with pressure testing and diagnostic tools.
Requirements:
- Must possess or be able to obtain a TWIC card.
- Participation in the DISA Random Testing Program (RTP) is mandatory.
