We have an entry-level Sales position for a Heat and Air company to bid on new commercial and residential jobs and existing service jobs. A construction background is a plus.
If you are looking to get into a Sales role here is your chance to apply.

Hours: Monday to Friday (8 am to 5 pm)

Pay Range: $26,000 to $31,200 plus 3% to 5% commission.

Responsibilities:

* Present and Bid company products and services to new and existing customers
* Prospect and contact potential customers
* Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline
* Build strong relationships with general contractors (GCs) and vendors
* Use accurate estimates for labor and materials
* Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
* Create sales material to present to customers

​Qualifications:

* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
* Ability to navigate project requirements
* Ability to build rapport with clients
* Attention to details
* Strong negotiation skills
* Deadline and detail-oriented
* Must have a Valid Driver's License
