A second shift position (4:30pm - 1:30am) will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of all production equipment as well as general facility maintenance. This includes coordination and ex*****on of preventative maintenance programs and performing troubleshooting and emergency maintenance. Candidates will preferably be knowledgeable in electrical and mechanical maintenance and be highly mechanically inclined. Salary depends on experience with starting base at $16.00 includes benefits.

I have a client that needs a Bookkeeper.

This position involves maintaining bookkeeping records for a single office performing the less complex bookkeeping work relating to all funds and expenses.

Knowledge of clerical bookkeeping principles and practices. Knowledge of general office practices and procedures. Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates. One year of prior clerical experience is preferred and a knowledge of Quickbooks is necessary.

Knowledge of Invoicing procedures and receipt of payments. Assists with collections on research of customer discrepancies, discusses any deviation from client payment plans, obtains appropriate approvals to have open credits applied , and in general, keeps the accounts receivable systems as clean as possible.

Handles all necessary payments to vendors and coordinates the invoice numbers, payment due dates, vendor contacts, federal I.D. Numbers, item descriptions, amounts and other information necessary information. Produces payable checks for vendors in a timely manner.

Familiarity with clerical practices, office procedures, and automated equipment. Ability to perform computations with reasonable speed and accuracy. High schools graduate or equivalent, with accounting training at some level. Pleasant telephone manner and customer skills.

Part -time flexible hours 20- 32 hours weekly. Pay Range starts are $14 per hour.
