Jose is the Facility Administrator at the Laura Dester Children's Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As the Facility Administrator, he is responsible for the daily operations under the direction of the Executive Director and per state regulations. He loves learning from others, coaching others, and empowering others so that, in turn, they can empower others.
