Harvard Resource Solutions and Venteon are pleased to announce an opening for an Assistant Manager at a Call Center in Troy, MI. In this role, you will support the Call Center Manager by training and mentoring representatives to enhance customer service and inside sales for credit union products.

This is a full-time, direct hire position with in-office work for the first 4-6 months, after which a hybrid option will be available. The annual salary ranges from $62,000 to $70,000, depending on your education and experience.

To qualify for this position, a High School Diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of five years in a call center environment, including at least two years in a supervisory role. Experience in financial institutions is preferred. Candidates should have a strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate a team while maintaining confidentiality when discussing personal financial information.

The role is primarily in the office, but the client offers 15 Work From Home days each year on a prorated basis. Working hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
