Big congrats to Michaela Soria on her promotion to Recruiter!

At Spark Talent Acquisition , the Associate Recruiter role is where a lot of great careers start. It’s an opportunity to learn the business, get your feet wet and show us what you can do. We believe in promoting people quickly when they earn it, and Michaela did just that, earning her promotion in under 60 days.

In just six months with Spark, Kade has already made a significant impact.

After joining our Fast Track Program, Kade currently ranks #1 in production among all new 2026 team members.

He also earned his first promotion at Spark by relocating to our new Nashville, Tennessee office, where he has become an integral part of expanding our presence throughout the Greater Nashville area and the Southeast.

Beyond the numbers, Kade stands out for his character, positive attitude, and team-first mentality—qualities undoubtedly strengthened during his time as an athlete. His ambition, work ethic, and willingness to support those around him make him an outstanding representative of our culture.
