Purple Squirrel Advisors is excited to announce that we kicked off a new search this week.
- Director of Customer Care for a Private Equity backed specialty vehicle manufacturer in Indiana.

Carrie traveled to Sweden this week to collaborate with members of the Tinzon Group. Executive search firm leaders traveled from all over the globe to discuss recruitment trends, share best practices, and talk through the unique market conditions they're experiencing.

We participated in an MPWR Coaching event hosted at The Townsend Hotel. The MPWR team led a presentation centered around strengthening your leadership through adopting the lens of emotional intelligence and leveraging a strength-based leadership approach.

We also attended the Association for Corporate Growth Detroit Chapter Automotive Update event hosted at the Edsel & Eleanor Ford House. Industry leaders from Riveron and S&P Global led an engaging discussion around the outlook for Q4 of 2022, trends to watch for 2023, and covered potential challenges that may lie ahead.

- Engineering Manager for a Private Equity backed specialty vehicle company in Indiana.

Carrie participated in the Visioneering 5th Annual Charity Golf Outing. It was great to get out and enjoy the weather while supporting local charities, Operation Injured Soldiers and First Tee - Greater Detroit.

Carrie also attended the Entrepreneurs' Organization Higher State of Healing event, featuring guest speaker Calvin Johnson.

Carrie attended the Feldman Automotive Children’s Miracle Celebrity Invitational hosted at the Detroit Golf Club. It was a great day of golfing and an excellent opportunity to support the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals at Beaumont Health and the Mark Wahlberg Youth Foundation.

The Purple Squirrel team participated in our EOS Worldwide Quarterly Meeting this week at the Detroit Athletic Club. We stepped away from the day-to-day to participate in strategic planning and set new goals for the upcoming quarter. The team left the meeting feeling energized and realigned.

We attended the Association for Corporate Growth Detroit Chapter's Wine Down Wednesday hosted at Hazel's in downtown Birmingham.

We also hosted this month's Entrepreneurs' Organization Forum Meeting at the Purple Squirrel office.
