Event Details:

⏰ Times Available between: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
📍 Location: HCS District Office – 335 Four Mile Rd, Conway, SC, 29526 Room A210

This event is for new substitute applicants who need to finalize their hiring steps and submit any remaining onboarding requirements in person.

Please bring:
- CustodialSmarts Certificate (can be completed on site)
- TB (Tuberculosis) Test Results
- Proof of education (diploma or transcripts)
- I-9 Documents (two forms of ID: driver’s license, passport, Social Security card, etc.)
- A laptop, tablet, or cellphone to complete online applications and documents

What to Expect:
✅ Our onboarding team will verify and collect your documents
✅ Staff available for assistance with forms and questions
✅ Once all documents are submitted, we’ll schedule your orientation within the next week (pending background checks)
Pro Tip: Please dress in business casual attire or as you would for custodial work.
