What will you be doing?

=This position is responsible for performing sanitation duties with cleaning production lines/Plant to maintain SQF and food quality food standards.
=Cleaning facility and lines for next business day
=Following all safety regulations and guidelines per client specifications
=Using bleach and high-pressured hoses to clean with
=Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks, moving freely and occasionally lifting 50+ lbs.
=Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. =Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.
=Duties may include tending furnace and boiler, performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs, and cleaning snow or debris from sidewalk.
=Complete and maintain required cleaning logs and records accurately and promptly.
=Collect and dispose of waste and recycling materials properly.

CNC Machinist Needed

Our client, located in Traverse City, MI, is seeking a CNC Machinist to join their team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be part of the Production Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and hands-on mechanical experience, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Machinist

Location: Traverse City, MI

Pay Range: $22.89 with $0.50 hour premium paid for 2nd & 3rd shifts.

What’s the Job?

=Production associates work in our assembly and machining operations, which produces gear products for a wide variety of customers and industries.
=Production associates start on 2nd (evening) or 3rd (midnight) shifts, will be cross trained on assembly and machining processes, then able to pursue internal opportunities on various shifts once trained.

What’s Needed?

=Mechanical aptitude
=Hands-on mechanical experience, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment
=Strong work ethic
=Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
=Ability to perform basic math (algebra & geometry), read prints and use gauging device.

=3pm-11pm & 11pm-7am, Monday - Friday

Traverse City: 8 people needed. 3:30AM - 12:00 noon.
Honor: 10 people needed. 8:00AM - 4:15PM.
Benzonia: 4 people needed. 9:30AM - 4:30PM
Elberta: 2 people needed. 9:45AM - 4:45PM
Arcadia: 6 people needed: 1:45PM - 8:00PM
