Congratulations, Mark Ledvinka, on successfully completing a CFO search for a construction services company.

Mark shared, "This search was a great reminder of the lasting impact relationships can have. A candidate whom Rick Fribush had worked with years ago reached out after seeing the opportunity, sparking a conversation that ultimately led to the right fit. It reinforced that the work you put into building trust and maintaining relationships can create opportunities years down the road."

While every successful search requires thoughtful evaluation and alignment, this one was a great example of how strong relationships can open doors and help connect the right people at the right time.

Great work, Mark and Rick, and thank you to our client for the trust and partnership throughout the process.

Congratulations, Christine Sauter, on successfully completing an Accounting Manager search for a global legal recruiting and advisory firm.

Christine shared,

“My colleague John and I partnered on this search and connected with a candidate who was a strong cultural match for the organization. While the initial virtual interview went very well, the on-site interview presented some nerves for them after many years away from that format. After debriefing with both the candidate and the hiring manager, we were able to reset, prepare, and schedule another conversation. With additional coaching, the candidate approached the next interview with confidence and truly shined with the leadership team.”

That second opportunity led to an immediate offer and an exciting next chapter for the candidate.

Great work, Christine and JG, and thank you to our client for the trust and partnership throughout the process.

Last Thursday, our team came together for our first quarterly business review of the year.

These quarterly sessions are always valuable, but what continues to stand out is our team's shared commitment to intentionally grow and deliver meaningful impact for our partnerships and candidates.

QBR was followed by a CSP Community Connections event at ShareBaby, where we spent time packing diapers and potty training kits to support their mission of providing essential resources to families in need. It was a hands-on reminder of the importance of showing up for the communities we serve beyond the business we do.

And congratulations are due to our Q1 MVP, Patrick Fitzgerald! His contributions, consistent performance, and commitment to client outcomes continue to set a strong standard for CSP.

We closed out the day with a team dinner at Hampden Food Market. There was great conversation, strong team energy, and, notably, mozzarella sticks that exceeded expectations (photo evidence included).

We are grateful for a team that stays focused and engaged in both the work we do and the way we show up together.
