Large Construction company in Orange County is has an urgent need for a Payroll Specialist with 4 years of experience in ADP Workforce payroll to handle all phases of payroll processing for 700+ employees. This Temp-to-Hire position would report to the payroll manager. Prefer someone with STRONG ADP Workforce skills!
Responsibilities include processing new hire paperwork and updating payroll records for employee changes; reviewing, entering, and processing employee timecards; and entering garnishments, direct deposits, and other payroll deductions and payments. Candidate will prepare checks for distribution; research and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner, run payroll reports, and perform general office clerical duties. This is for 40 hour work week.
Selected candidate must be highly accurate, have good written and verbal communication skills, and be able to maintain strict confidentiality and should be Bilingual enough to communicate with Spanish speaking staff when payroll questions arise.

We are delighted to announce that Keegan Ewing has joined the Interstate Team as of April 9th, 2018. She will be operating out of our LAX/Torrance location and handling major US markets in the International Trade industry.

Keegan believes that developing strong relationships with integrity is essential for building the trust that comes with job recruitment. Prior to joining Interstate Personnel Services, Keegan played a large role in the business development of the Customs Exam Station alongside the trucking/warehousing divisions with California Cartage Company for over two years. She is highly energetic and her passion for developing people and building on their individual expertise has been one of the reasons for her successful past. As a formal General Manager of multiple retail locations, she has successfully recruited and staffed management and various teams. This combination of knowing the International Trade industry as well as her recruiting background, made her an obvious choice for our team.
