Many years ago, Fetch Recruiting, Inc.. decided to support charities in lieu of sending holiday gifts to clients. Most of our clients told us they’re happy to skip the box of cookies, and liked the idea of us volunteering our time to give back to our collective community in a meaningful way. Here’s who we have supported this year:

• Defy Ventures – DEFY teaches entrepreneurism to incarcerated individuals. DEFY graduates have a 3% recidivism rate – the national average is 75%!

• Target Zero – we mentor Fellow Cities to get to zero kill of adoptable shelter animals. Our version of “warm and fuzzy” are empty kennels. Our results are exceptional and scalable.

• founders newt – WFN is one of the OG groups supporting female entrepreneurs. We are heading into our 6th year. WFN is a virtual incubator, providing resources, mentorship and cash to early stage female-founded businesses.

• Athena.LA– Athena LA is focused on growing the number of women in tech in LA, providing access to companies committed to diversity.
