We are seeking several detail-oriented and motivated Assemblers to join our team on the 1st shift. In this role, you will assemble wire harnesses and related components for agricultural industry equipment. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by adhering to company standards and safety protocols. Responsibilities:

Assemble wire harnesses, cables, and related components following production drawings, schematics, and work instructions.

Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.

Use hand tools, crimpers, and soldering equipment to complete assembly tasks.

Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.

Identify and report any defects or discrepancies in materials or assembly processes.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to 5S and safety standards.

Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and goals.

Participate in training programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in assembly or electrical work is a plus.

Proven experience in wire harness assembly or a similar role preferred.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Familiarity with hand tools, soldering, and crimping equipment.

Good manual dexterity and ability to work on repetitive tasks with precision.

Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay Rate: $17.00/hr

Weekend Night Shift 6pm to 6am

Description:

The Pallet Sorter is responsible for hand sorting pallets to grade while ensuring all trash and debris is removed from pallets prior to returning to customer

Responsibilities also include achieving expected production requirements while maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Hand stacking pallets to appropriate heights, following inventory control instructions

Loading and unloading materials from trailers by hand

Moving pallets or materials on pallets or in crates around the storage facility

Checking loads to make sure they are secure

Examining products to verify conformance to quality standards

Ability to utilize yard management systems to coordinate trailers moves

Ability to complete all production paperwork with accuracy

Communicates directly with Shift Lead or On-Site Manager

Must be able to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen

Paydayz Staffing is currently recruiting for a Production/Assembly position. This position does require prior assembly experience with a resume.
Details as follows:

Job Position: Production Assembly 1st Shift Tues-Friday.

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following.
• Using specifications from drawings, build wire harnesses and extensions for use in the agricultural spraying business.
• Work closely with Production Supervisor, Production Lead(s) to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Make mechanical and electrical connections, as per written instructions.
• Move work materials to and from the work area as required.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Safely operate hand and power tools to assemble all parts, will be required at times to operate a soldering iron.
• Inspect our own work to ensure the elimination of defects and enhance product quality.

Requirements:

• Prior Assembly experience
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• The ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
