Mold Setters – 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift!

Location: Clinton Twp, MI
Pay: $21 – $24.75/hour
Schedule: 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts available
Type: Contract-to-Hire (grow into a permanent role!)
What You’ll Be Doing:
If you enjoy working with machinery and staying busy, this is the job for you!
-Set up and change molds on injection molding machines
-Prep equipment, connect lines (water, air, hydraulic), and ensure everything runs smoothly
-Use cranes, forklifts, and other tools safely
-Monitor materials, dryers, and keep production flowing
-Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized
-Complete simple paperwork and logs along the way
What We’re Looking For:
-High school diploma or GED
-Mechanical mindset or experience with equipment/machines
-Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
-Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
