Job Description:
- Candidates will be doing general production roles in a stamping/automotive field
- Robotic welding and smaller press operations are the main functions of laborers
- Lifting up to 30 lbs (consistantly)
- Ability to bend, move, and stand for 8-10 hours
- Load and unload fixtures, inspecting and packing parts
- Housekeeping duties including sweeping, clean up, etc
- Using gages, running bolt through nuts to check threads, visual check, inspection sheets
- Rework parts as needed
- Working in teams or alone

MUST HAVES
- At least 2 years of manufacturing or industrial experience
- Mechanical inclination must be shown on a resume (this can come from tinkering with machines, construction, home auto mechanics work, home repair, trade school, etc... This role is eventually to learn to be an operator which requires some tinkering)
- Lifting, pushing and pulling of up to 75 lbs
- Must be willing to learn how to use a forklift in the future
- Must be able to wear steel toed boots, 6" high and be leather
- Must be able to wear a bump cap, eye and ear protection for a full shift
