Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Scholarship provides assistance in paying tuition and fees for training programs that qualify.

Students who may qualify for assistance include:
1) Any person who is currently unemployed; or
2) Any person who is currently receiving or has exhausted Unemployment Benefits; or
3) Veterans who were discharged AND have a DD-214; or
4) Any person who is receiving public assistance (food stamp, TANF) or that meets low-income guidelines

Want to learn about the value of apprenticeship and the benefits of a career in the building trades industry?

Please join apprenticeship coordinators from Oregon and Southwest Washington for an informative presentation focusing on training opportunities available through the building trades. After the presentation, you will have an opportunity to meet the Coordinators and network with others.

Who Should Attend? Dislocated Workers, Veterans, Students, Workforce Development Staff, Career Counselors... anyone is interested in learning more about apprenticeships is welcome! Women and minorities are encouraged to attend!
