--Our normal bill rate is "cost+admin fee". Cost is the workers pay plus all applicable employer taxes, state & federal employment insurance and workers compensation insurance

plus administation fees. From this information we generate and invoice to you, our customer. This invoice is due upon receipt. We provide time cards and expect them to be signed by both employee and employer. If your a licensed contractor, youmust remain current with your license and bonding. Non-contractor companies must maintain liability insurance and auto insurance. SAFETY IS A MUST! WorkForce and OSHA expect you, our customer, to provide a safe work place for the workers. It is our goal to meet or exceed all requirements of any regulatory agency. Safety is our BIGGEST concern......Since we are not on the job site, our customers need to provide and document job-specific training. Your company is responsible for complying with all safe working practives for your trade. Personal safety equipment may include: gloves, ear plugs, fire equipment, hard hat, chaps, goggles or fall protection. All workers are expected to refuse to put themselves at risk in an unsafe work situation......
