Ocilla! We are NOW HIRING for a Production Operator to start Monday!

Schedule: 7:00 pm - 7:30 am, 2-2-3 schedule

Responsibilities
-Blend and mix raw materials to create a final product
-Climb ladder to get inside of tank to neutralize it for the next batch of chemicals
-Review specification sheet to ensure all raw materials are available and ready for use
-Prepare documentation to support use of raw materials
-Prepare pallet ticket for finished product
-Report any damaged material
-Complete proper paperwork
-Follow through with cleanup of your work station
-Aid other employees and the manager in additional duties

Requirements
-Lift and move up to 100lbs
-Minimum age 18
-Clean drug screen
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-Stand for long periods of time
-Comfortable with heights and enclosed spaces
-Wear and maintain proper PPE including a respirator
-Basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing
-Be able to convert US standards to metrics
-Have good reading and writing skills in English

-Provide direct rehabilitative, supportive, and skill building services to adults with sever and persistent mental illness residing in Mental Health Residential Services.
-Assist residents with achieving treatment and recovery goals, maintaining psychiatric stability, increasing independent living skills, improving community functioning, and transitioning toward the least restrictive living environment possible

Requirements
-High School Diploma or GED
-Experience working in behavioral health, mental health, residential services, social services, substance-use treatment, developmental services, or a related human services setting preferred
-Experience working with adults diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness strongly preferred
-Associate's or Bachelor's level coursework in psychology, social work, sociology, counseling, human services, criminal justice, or related field
-Valid drivers license
-Ability to complete required training
-CPR/ First Aid certification or ability to obtain certification within the required timeframe

Responsibilities
-Assemble golf cart products using hand tools and power tools
-May operate forklift occasionally
-Drive golf carts for at least one mile after finishing their assembly for vibrations, steering, etc.
-Demonstrate good time management skills as it gets very busy
-Pay great attention to detail for precise work
-Use a variety of specialty hand tools (torque wrench, etc.), power tools, and air tools
-Aid coworkers and the manager with additional duties as needed

Requirements
-Clean Drug Test
-Willing to undergo Criminal Background Check
-High School Diploma or GED required
-Valid Driver’s License
-Ability to lift up and move up to 50 lbs
-Ability to understand detailed instructions for assembly
-Some knowledge of mechanic tool sets preferred
