Ed Millere was a local business owner when Larry Plank approached him with the idea of an employment service. Larry has been working in the staffing industry since 1995. He began his career as a placement specialist with Professional & Temporary Services. Ed and Larry put pen to paper in 2004 and created New Hire Solutions. Opening on April 4, 2005, we have grown to be one of the top producers in the Thomasville area. In 2007, New Hire Solutions acquired all customer and employees of Professional & Temporary Services, the oldest staffing company in Thomasville, Georgia.
