Branch Manager – Staffing & Business Development
Midland, Texas

Our client is expanding their offices in the Midland, Texas area and looking to hire an experienced Branch Manager supporting staffing and business development initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

• Emphasis on leading sales and business development, operations.

• Managing the branch location, recruitment, client relations, employee safety and staff.

• Monitoring and managing productivity, coordinating the daily workflow, monitoring employee performance and production, processing reports and handling all employee relations.

To be considered for this position you must have experience as a Branch Manager, Sales Manager or General Manager in the staffing industry for a minimum of 5 years. Will also consider someone with strong sales and some management experience in staffing and ready to take the next step.

Excellent verbal and written skills required. Proven ability to successfully manage a team is essential. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

This position offers a base salary plus bonus structure.
