The Account Manager is responsible for developing new and existing high-end diamond accounts. The Account manager acts as an advocate for the customers to ensure their needs are met and managed internally, while nurturing excellent relationships with the accounts.

Hebrew speaking Controller – New York, NY
An eCommerce company is continuing its incredible growth and seeking a Hebrew speaking Controller dedicated to United States business and operations.
You will manage the New York accounting team and be responsible for the local accounting, streamlining existing, and establishing new processes.
You will work closely with company's finance teams in both Israel and the US, ensuring that the financial records are aligned with global company policies and long-term organizational goals. Your work will play a critical role in enabling the company to scale.

As a Controller, you will:
• Manage and further evolve a US (NYC) based accounting team.
• Hands-on management of month end close process, reconciliations and related reporting and disclosure requirements.
• Report directly to our Israel corporate office which is located in Israel.
• Supervise general accounting including journal entries, intercompany reconciliations, and the monthly and annual financial closing process.
• Lead and supervise payments to vendors, employee expenses and local banking operations.
• Assist with tax compliance and reporting, including tax returns, tax provisions, and tax inspections/audits.
• Identify areas of improvement and establish new processes accordingly, allowing for streamlined global communication and efficiency
• Assist with the implementation of financial software, and processes.
• Design, document and maintain, together with the corporate, solid accounting policies, processes, and systems to ensure optimum control of the operations.
• Serve as the main point of accounting contact to the day to day finance issues within the NYC office including work and on-going communication with other departments.
• Coordinate with external auditors and internal departments.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets or forecasts.
• Participate in preparation for the annual audit.

Ideally, you’ll bring:
• Experience auditing hi-tech companies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA certificate.
• Between 4-6 years’ experience in an accounting position within a high-growth global company.
• Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of US GAAP with strong
• Understanding and compliance with ASC 606 and ASC 842.
• Technical accounting expertise with extra kudos for SEC reporting requirements.
• Experience tax return reports (federal and multi-state reporting).
• Experience with an S-1 registration process and SOX compliance is strongly preferred.
• Strong Excel skills, and be comfortable with extremely large data volume.
• Experience with ERP (NetSuite is a must).
• An accurate and detail-oriented approach.
• A hands-on approach.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with people in financial and non-financial roles, including Executives (both Israel and the US).
