"I would like to give a shout-out to our guest/substitute teacher, Ms. Ness, for consistently going above and beyond expectations! Ms. Ness has taken on a significant workload, including writing a substantial number of IEPs and managing a caseloads. All of her IEPs have been compliant and submitted on time. She quickly learned the PEER platform and adapted seamlessly, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence.She has also shown great initiative and teamwork, never hesitating to step in and support all ESE teacher duties and responsibilities when asked for any help. In addition, Ms. Ness consistently prioritizes her students by providing bell-to-bell instruction in her three ESE resource ELA classes. She intentionally avoids scheduling IEP meetings during instructional time, ensuring that student learning is never disrupted. Instead, she completes her IEP responsibilities outside of class time, reflecting her dedication to both her students and her teaching role. She is assigned 3 ELA Resource classes to teach daily. As a long-term substitute, Ms. Ness has demonstrated an exceptional level of commitment and responsibility hat truly sets her apart.
