BACKGROUND ON OUR FLAVORS:

The Schofferhofer brand was Germany’s first brewery to blend Hefeweizen beer with 50% grapefruit juice, creating a truly unique and refreshing taste experience.
A remarkable different take on the German tradition of premium wheat beer, which ultimately became one of Germanys top-selling beers.

Our brand new Schofferhofer Pomegranate Fruit Beer is a unique 50:50 blend of sparkling, unfiltered Schofferhofer Hefeweizen and real pomegranate juice. Delicious, exotic notes of pomegranate meet the crisp, smooth taste of a hefeweizen to deliver a uniquely refreshing beer.

Schofferhofer Passion Fruit Beer was created with the unique mix of German craftsmanship and tropical exotic flavor!
