Mechanic position in Tampa!
Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and inspecting fuel tanks and associated equipment. Your role is critical in ensuring the safety and functionality of our products, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on fuel tanks, pumps, and related equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with fuel tanks and associated systems.
Repair or replace faulty components, including valves, hoses, and pumps.
Conduct pressure tests and other evaluations to ensure the integrity and safety of fuel tanks.
Maintain detailed records of services performed, parts used, and equipment status.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in mechanical technology or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
Proven experience as a mechanic, with a strong understanding of fuel tank systems and components.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, repair equipment, and hand tools.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various positions (standing, bending, kneeling) for extended periods.
Knowledge of safety protocols and industry regulations related to fuel tanks.
Must have own tools
Must have reliable transportation
