Staffing Account Manager-Immediate Opportunity!

This is a full-time on-site role as a Staffing Account Manager located in Lakeland, FL. The Staffing Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing staffing services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and recruiting for professionals for placement. Additionally, the Staffing Account Manager will be responsible for the hiring process and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

Experience in Account Management and Staffing Services
Strong customer service skills
Knowledge of full desk recruiting
Experience in the hiring process

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Experience in the staffing industry
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

$45-65K annually with base and commissions.
