When: Thursday, July 8th (11:30am-5:00pm) and Friday, July 9th (9:30am-2:00pm)
Who is needed:
What: Staff will be assisting a youth sports event for a well-known athletic apparel brand. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to assisting with onsite activation elements including greeting guests, brand awareness, assisting the client(s), taking photos, consumer engagement, setup/strike, and of course, knowing the speaking points for the brand.

Assist Marketing is growing once again and we are currently hiring for an internal Assistant Booking Coordinator! Staff must have (2+) years in an office environment, be very detail oriented, proficiency in Microsoft Office, great leadership skills, ability to multitask, ability to work as a team, able to handle stress, and great problem solving skills. Staff must be available to be on-call (1) weekend a month and work on holidays as needed. Salary compensation will only be discussed with final candidates. This is a 'Work From Home' position and staff must have a dedicated office in their home. Ideal candidate will be in either Eastern or Central Time Zone. Due to expected large number of candidates - only those chosen as final candidates will receive responses to questions asked. Job Duties will include but will not be limited to…
• Scheduling and conducting Skype interviews with Promotional Talent and Candidates across the country
• Posting and recruiting for events through our social media sites (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
• Managing and tracking events through our online StaffConnect Talent Portal and Calendar
• Creating staff talent rosters in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Maintaining constant communication with Model Managers and Event Staff through detailed event confirmations via email in Microsoft Outlook
• Work with Account Managers and Clients with any last minute changes in event details or staffing needs
• Work with onsite Model Managers and Clients to execute a successful event and provide a detailed event recap
• Organize time sheets, staff expense receipts, recaps, and complete a detailed payroll report in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Provide superior customer services skills to clients and positive leadership to Event Staff
• Open availability to work on-call one Saturday-Sunday per month and holidays as needed to oversee the companies’ events
