Scaling from $7M to $8M in Prescott—we need an Operator and a Closer.
I just got off a calibration call for a landscaping firm in Prescott and they aren't looking for "corporate" types. They operate like a high-performance sports team—high standards, early mornings, and zero interest in workplace drama.
We’re looking for two specific people to help them scale from $7M to $8M:
A Sales Pro who hates being stuck behind a desk. You’ll be out in the community, meeting homeowners and HOAs, and turning high-end landscaping visions into reality.
A General Manager who actually knows their numbers. You’ll own the P&L and lead the field teams. You’re likely the first one in at 5:30 AM and the one making sure the shop and the job sites are running like a clock.
The company is family-owned but run with a meritocracy mindset. If you perform, you’re rewarded. Simple as that.
