Last week, Georgia credit union leaders hosted a meeting with Dr. John Cowan For Congress, candidate for Georgia’s 11th Congressional District, at Credit Union of Georgia’s headquarters in Woodstock.

Leaders from Delta Community Credit Union, Georgia's Own Credit Union, Credit Union of Georgia, Faith Connection Federal Credit Union, Georgia United Credit Union, LGE Community Credit Union, and Coosa Valley Credit Union joined the conversation.

They discussed key issues impacting credit unions and their members, including affordability concerns, technology advancement and artificial intelligence within financial institutions, the growing burden of fraud, and more.

Yesterday, Georgia credit union leaders had the opportunity to meet with gubernatorial candidate Rick Jackson to discuss issues important to the credit union movement.

Representatives from Delta Community Credit Union, Platinum Federal Credit Union, LGE Community Credit Union, and Georgia United Credit Union joined the conversation, discussing the business of credit unions, the importance of remote notarization, and efforts to address fraud.
