Tonight, Anthony Wayne comes together to honor and recognize the men and women who have served and continue to serve our country.

I’m especially proud to recognize one of our own Anthony Wayne seniors and football player, Joseph Bublick…who has made the commitment to serve his country by enlisting in the Ohio Air National Guard. 🇺🇸

He’s not only representing the Generals on the football field, but is also preparing to represent our community and our country in uniform.

We’re proud of his commitment, his courage, and his willingness to follow in the footsteps of those who have served before him.

From the football field to the military—once a General, always a General. 💙🤍

Class of 2026 isn't done yet! Congratulations to another General, Jaythan Voltz. Jaythan is the son of the 180th Fighter Wing Commander, Col. Voltz.

In a ceremony few families ever experience, Col. Voltz had the distinct honor of administering the Oath of Enlistment to his own son. As one generation raised its right hand in service years ago, another now follows the same path—committing to something greater than himself.

This moment represents more than an enlistment; it reflects a legacy of duty, sacrifice, and dedication to our nation. Today, a father welcomed his son into the profession of arms, and a son honored the values that have guided his family for years.

Congratulations on this remarkable milestone and the beginning of a new chapter of service to our country. Another great moment to be a part of. 🇺🇸✈️
