We are looking for a Full Time Screener with a strong attention to detail, and ability to self-motivate. In this position, you will be responsible for running background checks as well as communicating with clients. Your duties will include verifying records and ensuring reports are complete, FCRA Compliant, and accurate before sending out to the clients. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in records management and Human Resources. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, as well as the ability to manage your own schedule.
Responsibilities:
• Complete background checks.
• Research records and confirm details with different sources
• Communicate with clients regarding specific needs.
• Complete record verifications from various sources.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure all client needs are met.
• Complete FCRA Training and maintain compliance
Requirements:
• A strong understanding of the pre-employment process.
• Ability to read and decipher records to discern important/reportable elements.
• Attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable internet connection
Candidates must have reliable transportation to/from work, app based web capabilities on their mobile phone (iPhone preferred for integration with MacBook but not required), and secure home internet access.
Compensation Package starts at $30k salary (Depending on qualifications), remote work options, IRA after 1 year of service, paid vacation time, phone access allowance, company take-home MacBook laptop, and excellent work atmosphere.
**Remote work options are on as needed basis, this is NOT a fully remote position, applicant should live and work locally to Myrtle Beach, SC**
