We are looking for a Full Time Screener with a strong attention to detail, and ability to self-motivate. In this position, you will be responsible for running background checks as well as communicating with clients. Your duties will include verifying records and ensuring reports are complete, FCRA Compliant, and accurate before sending out to the clients. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in records management and Human Resources. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, as well as the ability to manage your own schedule.

Responsibilities:
• Complete background checks.
• Research records and confirm details with different sources
• Communicate with clients regarding specific needs.
• Complete record verifications from various sources.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure all client needs are met.
• Complete FCRA Training and maintain compliance

Requirements:
• A strong understanding of the pre-employment process.
• Ability to read and decipher records to discern important/reportable elements.
• Attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable internet connection

Candidates must have reliable transportation to/from work, app based web capabilities on their mobile phone (iPhone preferred for integration with MacBook but not required), and secure home internet access.

Compensation Package starts at $30k salary (Depending on qualifications), remote work options, IRA after 1 year of service, paid vacation time, phone access allowance, company take-home MacBook laptop, and excellent work atmosphere.

**Remote work options are on as needed basis, this is NOT a fully remote position, applicant should live and work locally to Myrtle Beach, SC**

We are looking for a social media marketer with a strong background in business to business sales, including LinkedIn and Google PPC Ad Campaigns, as well as networking with HR Professionals on these and other social media platforms. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations. Your duties will include creating, planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks, as well as join our Management Team at local events to promote our business. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing and social media management, with a record of proven sales growth. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, as well as the ability to manage your own schedule.

Responsibilities:

-Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
-Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
-Plan and manage our social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google.
-Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
-Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
-Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
-Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.

Requirements:

-A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
-In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
-Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
-Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
-Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred, for updating our website and drafting newsletters and ad campaigns.
