Renee Cummings brings more than 25 years of professional and executive search experience to StevenDouglas, specializing in Supply Chain, Operations and Engineering leadership recruitment. Based in the Atlanta area, she partners with privately held, private equity-backed and publicly traded organizations to identify high-impact talent across Supply Chain Leadership, Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, Quality, Procurement & Sourcing, Planning, Logistics & Distribution, and R&D/Innovation.
Throughout her career, Renee has developed deep expertise within complex manufacturing, distribution, scientific and life sciences environments, working with organizations ranging from emerging and middle-market companies to global enterprises. Earlier in her career, she spent a decade within a scientific staffing division, leading business development, account management and recruiting operations throughout the Southeast and developing expertise across pharmaceutical, medical device, clinical, biotechnology, chemical, food and contract testing markets. She later held senior executive search and leadership roles within manufacturing, supply chain and operations practices, where she led search engagements, developed client partnerships and helped organizations build and strengthen their leadership teams.
Renee is known for her highly consultative, relationship-driven approach to executive search. She invests time upfront to understand each organization’s business strategy, market position, culture, technical requirements and long-term objectives, combining extensive market knowledge, targeted search strategy and in-depth research to deliver a high-touch experience for both clients and candidates. A longtime Atlanta-area professional and resident of Johns Creek, Georgia, Renee holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the State University of New York College at Geneseo.
