Coffee tastes even better when it’s shared with a great team! ☕💜

During We Care Appreciation Week, Tom’s Coffee Truck joined us at the office for an afternoon of delicious drinks, team connection, and employee appreciation.

Today, we pause to honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the families whose lives were forever changed, and the first responders and healthcare professionals who demonstrated extraordinary bravery, compassion, and selflessness during an unimaginable time.

Twenty-five years later, their courage remains part of our nation’s story.

We took over Topgolf for a night full of laughs, friendly competition, some surprisingly good swings.

Getting everyone together is always a good time, but we especially love having the chance to connect with MedPronians we don’t always see or work with every day. It’s these moments that bring our teams closer, build stronger relationships, and make our community even better. 💜

10 weeks. Plenty of challenges. A little friendly competition. And a whole lot of encouragement. 💪💜

Our Biggest Loser program is one of our most-loved MedPro traditions, bringing employees together to make healthier choices, build better habits, stay accountable, and encourage one another along the way.

A HUGE thank you goes to our HR team for making it all happen. The time, creativity, and care they put into this program does not go unnoticed. They have an incredible way of making our employees feel appreciated, encouraged, and confident while keeping the competition fun from start to finish.

Now, with only two weeks to go, we can’t wait to see what they have in store for the grand finale!
