We are currently hiring for:
○ Monday - Friday: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm

Role and Responsibilities

-Responsible for completing all finishing related tasks, including: shrink wrapping, padding, padder cleaning, scoring paper (preprint) and folder operation.
-Inventory control of finishing supplies.
-Fulfill and deliver internal office supply orders.
-Complete monthly inventory cycle counts.
-Responsible for keeping all finishing areas in clean and safe condition.
-Unload and stock delivered items into the shipping department.
-Assist in the creation of process models of newly developed processes in addition to current regular processes.
-Immediately communicate any task-related concern(s) to supervisor.
-Other job duties as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications:

-High School Diploma or equivalent.
-Well-developed organizational skills.
-Strong attention to detail.
-Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time.
-Ability to frequently walk, stand, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel or crouch.
-Ability to lift 50 pounds.
-Shipping and receiving environment.
-Flexibility to work outside of scheduled shift hours with minimal notice; including weekends.
-Work with a sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy.

Preferred Skills:

-Previous experience using a shrink wrap machine.
-The ability to successfully manage multiple issues and demands.
-Microsoft Office experience with the ability to use Word, Excel and Outlook with no supervision.
-Ability to multi-task, work as a member of a team, handle unforeseen pressure and keep a positive attitude.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Handles requests in a professional manner at all times.

The Company:

The Position:

As a Mechanical Claims Adjudicator, you will be responsible for:

- Answering a variety of inbound phone calls (including but not limited to automotive mechanical failures) and documenting conversations and any information received
- Retrieving customer contracts via our internal system to confirm coverage
- Actively listen and ask questions to clearly understand the reasoning behind the repair order
- Verify the cost of labor and parts utilizing the Mitchell and ALLDATA websites
- Make a determination regarding the claim request & document the details

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

-High School Diploma or equivalent.
-Master Certified or Master ASE certified-eligible is a plus!
-At least 2 years’ experience as a service writer or technician.
-Familiarity with Mitchells, Edmunds and Alldata.
-Problem solving skills.
-Resourcefulness.

Compensation:

- $20.00 - $25.00 per hour + Shift Differential pay is available!
- 40 hour work week scheduled - guaranteed!
- We will pay for you to earn your ASE Certifications!

11:00 am - 8:00 pm (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) & 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (Saturdays)
Days off are Wednesdays and Sundays

Role and Responsibilities:

In this position, you will utilize dual monitor computer screens to verify the validity of warranty contracts, complete research and notate accounts in real-time while assisting customers on the phone. You will educate customers on the benefits of having necessary vehicle maintenance performed at the dealership they purchased their vehicle at while striving to meet referral goals. Providing exceptional customer service to warranty holders is a must. This position does have established goals to which you will be held accountable for in addition to team goals.

Shift Differentials are also paid for non-traditional evening hours and weekends worked.
