True Freedom Staffing is seeking Certified Nurse Assistants to join our growing team! You will work alongside fellow caregivers to provide high quality patient care. We have several clients across the Midwest with immediate needs. We have full-time, part-time, contract, and per diem assignments across all shifts.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Provide patient care under direction of nursing staff
- Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment
- Serve meals and assist with feedings
- Take and record vital signs
- Distribute and change bed pans
- Provide companionship and basic care to patients
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment

​Qualifications:

- Previous experience in nursing, patient care, or other related fields a plus
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Ability to work well in teams

Requirements:

- Must have active CNA License from the state of IL
- Must pass all required state background checks
- Must have current CPR card
- Must have health exam from the past 12 months and be cleared to work without restrictions
- Must have current TB Test & required immunizations
