We are now hiring for an IT Tech position, come join our team!
IT Technicians diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware and software components to ensure the smooth running of computer systems. IT Technician responsibilities include installing and configuring computer hardware and being the primary point of contact for IT support within a company.
Responsibilities List
• Check IT office voicemail, Trouble Ticket system & emails (for any issues)
• Configure/troubleshoot laser printers and thermal printers
• Setup, maintain, troubleshoot all mobile phones and radios (2-way)
• Oversee the process of incoming EDI (store orders) and resolve or report any issues
• Desktop and laptop PCs: (system reimage and mobile PC’s)
o Update each PC's HOST file with current "unauthorized" websites
o Installation of operating system and applicable authorized user applications
o Routine physical maintenance
o Data recovery
o Troubleshoot user issues with hardware and/or software
o Virus and spyware removal
• Maintain a clean, neat, organized work area at all times.
• configure, maintain, repair warehouse order selection systems
• Monitor and resolve any issues related to the production printers
• Resolve any scanner configuration issues (settings cleared)
• Resolve any tethered barcode scanner issues (reach & forklift units)
• Process approved "I.T Request" forms which could include:
o Creating new warehouse inventory system user accounts
o Creating new domain/AD accounts
o Creating new email accounts and linking shared folders
o Relocating users and hardware within the facility
o Changing users access within warehouse inventory system
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent and relevant certifications
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work varied schedule including weekend and early morning shifts
• Strong commitment to CUSTOMER SERVICE
• Ability to pay close attention to detail, meet deadlines, and work with difficult individuals or task assignments
• Relate to other people beyond giving and receiving instructions: must get along with co-workers without exhibiting behavioral extremes; perform work activities requiring reasoning, negotiating, instructing, persuading, or speaking with others; and respond appropriately to criticism from a supervisor.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
• Knowledge of different warehouse inventory systems
