🔍 Do you know? According to the latest Workforce Monitor survey, on average 43% of U.S. workers feel burnt out at their jobs. Surprisingly, 68% prefer a hybrid or in-person work schedule.
The survey revealed notable variances among age groups. Baby Boomers (60-78) favored fully remote work at 37%, while only 26% of Gen Z (18-27) shared the same preference. Millennials (28-43) and Gen X (44-59) fell in between, with 31% and 33% opting for remote work, respectively.
