Warehouse and Delivery Driver Job Requirements:
- Checking orders, confirming correct parts are pulled
- Ability to read PO’s, know the product to be able to ensure correct delivery
- Loading and unloading shipments at delivery locations.
- Customer Service Experience
- Previous warehouse work is preferred
- Must be comfortable driving a box truck
- Able to work a 1st shift and have some flexibility based on customer demands
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and work within a physical and fast-paced environment
- Ability to read a tape measure up to a 16th of an inch and understand basic math
- Candidates are asked to be self-motivated, reliable, a team player, customer-oriented, and have a strong work ethic.
- Requires you to have a valid Chauffeur’s or CDL License and a clean driving record

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate large mechanical or hydraulic press machines
- Install dies, tooling, and materials according to production requirements
- Adjust machine settings including pressure, alignment, and feed systems
- Perform die changes and assist with production changeovers
- Monitor production runs and inspect parts for quality
- Read blueprints, work orders, and setup instructions
- Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Troubleshoot machine and tooling issues as needed
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of large press setup/operator experience preferred
- Experience with mechanical or hydraulic presses
- Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience using measuring tools and inspection equipment
- Manufacturing or metal stamping experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Preferred Experience:
- Automotive manufacturing experience
- Progressive die or transfer press experience
- Forklift or crane experience is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation including chopping, peeling, mixing, cooking, and ingredient storage
- Prepare and build food items according to recipes and production instructions
- Measure and mix ingredients while monitoring production processes
- Ensure product quality and consistency by following recipes and guidelines
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) food storage procedures
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Support culinary staff with workstation setup and breakdown
- Complete production paperwork including cooking/cooling logs, sanitation logs, and pH readings
- Retrieve and verify correct packaging materials and labels
- Package, label, palletize, and store finished products accurately
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Assist with sweeping, mopping, garbage removal, and general cleaning
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and cleaning products
- Help monitor inventory levels and report shortages
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen equipment preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to cross-train in multiple departments
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
- Comfortable working in wet and cold environments (35–40 degrees)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred
- Food manufacturing or processing experience is a plus, but not required
- Knife skills and meat cutting experience are a plus, but not required
- Experience with SOPs, GMPs, or SQF standards is a plus, but not required

Special Requirements:
- Hire-in opportunity after 520 hours
- Slip-resistant shoes required
- No jewelry or nails permitted
- Hair must be pulled back
- Hair net and smock provided

What You’ll Do
- Create, edit, and optimize laser cutting programs using TruTops
- Develop efficient nests to maximize material usage and minimize scrap
- Interpret engineering drawings, CAD files, and job specifications
- Select appropriate cutting parameters based on material type and thickness
- Support TRUMPF laser machines (e.g., TruLaser series) on the shop floor
- Troubleshoot programming and cutting issues to maintain production flow
- Collaborate with machine operators and engineers for process improvements
- Optimize cut paths, lead-ins, and pierce points to improve cycle times
- Maintain program documentation and revision control
- Ensure all parts meet quality and dimensional requirements

What We’re Looking For
- 2–5+ years of laser programming experience (TRUMPF preferred)
- Strong experience with TruTops software
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Nice to Have
- Experience in automotive or high-volume production environments
- Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks)
- Experience with automated systems (material towers, load/unload systems)
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles
