We are currently seeking hardworking and reliable candidates for our manufacturing facility in Stanley, VA. We have part-time and full-time positions available on all shifts. Part-time talent will be utilized to cover scheduled time off and daily absenteeism. Weekend availability is required as you may work on Saturdays occasionally.
Talent must have reliable transportation, a working telephone, and good attendance. All talent are expected to have a willingness to learn, an open mind, and a flexible availability as well.
While working, talent may be standing for long periods of time. Some lifting is required as well. This is a light industrial environment. Personal protective equipment, in the form of safety glasses, earplugs, gloves, and steel toed shoes, is required to be worn. All candidates are required to supply their own steel toed shoes. All other safety devices will be provided on-site.
On-site training will be provided, and talent will be trained in one, if not more, of the following departments:
Assemblers -- builds doors
Material Preparation Labor - orderly and neatly stack and count materials in preparation of the door-building process while simultaneously inspecting same materials for quality assurance
Stock Chasers -- gather & collect materials for the door-building process.
Flippers/Stackers/Repairers/Painters - finishing processes for assuring quality product is ready for end customer
Shipping Expeditors -- prepare (wrap, label, stack, organize as necessary in compliance with end-customer requirements), inspect, & audit product in preparation for shipping
Fork Lift Operators - lifts are utilized through the facility

Manufacturing Experience preferred
Stable Work History
Willingness to be a positive part of a good production team
Positive attitude
High School equivalency preferred.
Pay Rate: $9.00-$9.50
