Congratulations to Wayne Moore on his promotion to Senior Warehouse Operations Manager at Keefe! Wayne oversees our Jacksonville, FL warehouse and supports family package programs for the South Carolina Department of Corrections and North Carolina Department of Adult Corrections.

The promotion was revealed during our SE Commissary call with a surprise celebration from his family and team, making the moment even more special. Congratulations, Wayne, on this well-deserved achievement! 🎉

Earlier this month, our Horizons class brought together team members from ICS, Keefe Group, Trinity Services Group, and our Call Center at our Corporate Office in St. Louis for two days of learning and connection. We also enjoyed hearing from Jason Morris, Courtesy COO, who stopped by to share some of TKC's history and insights from his time with the company.

Over the past four years, Nickie has advanced through multiple roles, starting as a Cook in 2022 before becoming an Acting Food Service Director, Food Service Director, Senior Food Service Director, and most recently, General Manager. Each step along the way brought new challenges, learning opportunities, and the chance to develop as a leader.

Nickie credits her success to hard work, a willingness to learn, and never being afraid to step outside her comfort zone.
