Dedication, leadership, and a commitment to continuous learning—Eden Geronga’s 9-year journey with Trinity Services Group is the perfect example of growing from within. Starting her career with us as a Kitchen Worker, Eden consistently put forth strong effort and embraced new challenges, advancing through roles as an Office Assistant, Lead Supervisor, and Assistant Food Service Director before being promoted to Food Service Director in August 2023!

Along the way, she has mastered our operations, sharpened her leadership skills, and built incredible relationships across her teams. Joshua Gervais has been with Trinity Services Group for nearly three years and has steadily grown through multiple roles. He started as a Food Service Supervisor, advanced to Lead Supervisor, later became a Unit Manager, and now serves as an Assistant Food Service Director.

We are proud to recognize Ms. Oraniechie Jackson for her incredible dedication and leadership throughout her career. Ms. Jackson began her journey in 2003 as a Production Supervisor. Within just a few weeks, her leadership and work ethic earned her a promotion to Assistant Manager, where she successfully managed Staff Dining operations. In November 2003, she accepted a promotional transfer to another facility as a Food Service Director, officially relocating in December of that year. Her commitment to excellence continued to shine when she was selected in 2012 to serve as Food Service Director at one facility— all while continuing to lead operations at another. From 2012 to 2019, she skillfully managed both facilities.

Today, Ms. Jackson continues to serve as a Food Service Director, bringing over two decades of experience, leadership, and dedication to her role. Thank you, Ms. Jackson, for your years of service and the positive impact you make every day!
