Talent Connect is an employment program that assists employers to diversify their workforce and help them to comply with federal regulations. Talent Connect is created specifically to help individuals with disabilities to begin a career in the hotel and hospitality industry. Our program is focused on developing real world, transferable job skills- we accomplish this by partnering with local hotel

and hospitality companies and providing on site training support. By working with area hospitality businesses, together we can help put individuals to work that may not have gotten the opportunity to start a career in this growing industry.
