Kelly Clubb - 11 Years
Eleven years strong, Senior Quality Assurance Specialist Kelly Clubb keeps provider applications moving by communicating with physicians, managing data in Assist, and completing applications. Off the clock, she loves spending time with her dog, Ziggy.

Elaine Tschee - 11 Years
For over a decade, Travel Coordinator Elaine Tschee has helped get our providers where they need to go by coordinating their travel plans. When she’s not mapping out their next trip, she enjoys checking out new coffee shops around St. Louis with her two daughters.

Sharita Simms - 5 Years
Celebrating half a decade at Interim, Quality Assurance Specialist Sharita Simms helps providers navigate credentialing so they can get back to caring for patients. Outside of work, she likes hanging out with family and friends, crafting, and binge-watching TV shows.

Rish*tha Yaramasu - 3 Years

After moving away from a VMS model, the client retained Interim Physicians as one of a small number of direct staffing partners. That relationship was quickly put to the test when a physician health emergency created an urgent OB/GYN coverage gap beginning the following week.

Senior Account Executive Travis Redman identified available candidates within days and worked with the client to complete emergency privileging. The selected physician was ready to begin coverage the following Tuesday and could potentially fill in shifts until the client had a long-term plan.

As Travis recalled, “They couldn’t believe how fast we filled their need. When I told them we could also work on coverage for the rest of the year, it was like a huge weight lifted off their shoulders.”

Jennifer Guzman - 13 Years
For 13 years, Recruiting Process Manager Jennifer Guzman has supported our recruiting team while leading training and development efforts. Outside of work, she stays active at the gym or on the tennis court.
