This amazing event provides free suits to active-duty military members, Veterans, National Guard and Reserve members, police officers, firefighters, and EMS professionals, those who serve and sacrifice for our communities every day.

At Workforce Connections, we have the privilege of seeing Rachelle’s leadership in action every day. Whether she is mentoring a team member, helping a client solve a difficult challenge, or encouraging someone to take the next step in their career, she leads with authenticity, compassion, and an unwavering belief in people.

Rachelle often says that no one succeeds alone, and she would be the first to credit the mentors, colleagues, clients, candidates, and teammates who have been part of her journey. But today, we are taking a moment to recognize the impact she has had on so many!
