Delegation does not have to start with your biggest or most complicated tasks. A good place to begin is with the small administrative responsibilities that consistently take up your time.
Look for tasks that are repetitive, time-consuming, or straightforward enough that they do not require your personal expertise. Email management, scheduling, data entry, file organization, and research are just a few examples of tasks that can often be delegated.
Start small and delegate consistently. The goal is not to hand everything over at once, but to gradually create more time and space for the work that truly requires your attention.
