Are you looking to bring your troubleshooting and maintenance skills to a growing automotive company?
We are looking for team players that have experience in a heavy manufacturing environment, maintain and provide continuous improvement suggestions for manufacturing equipment, support the installation and modification of equipment to ensure quality control requirements are met.
Responsibilities Include:
Understands, follows, and performs quality and environmental policies
Troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of various manufacturing equipment
Maintain the integrity of safety devices (light curtains, safety gates, barriers, etc.)
Assist in the design and installation of equipment, components, and processes
Train operators Dan new team members on fixtures, control panels, etc.
Assist with running lines/presses
Electrical troubleshooting
Ability to read blueprints and hydraulic prints
Computer skills (Word and Excel)
Motor Control, PLC, Ladder Logic
Basic electrical theory
Welding experience
Understanding of cranes and rigging
General knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, drafting, AUTOCAD
Pass a mechanical aptitude test
High School diploma/GED, 2-year technical degree OR min. of five years on-the-job training with a heavy industrial manufacturing facility in skilled trade capacity
General knowledge of industrial maintenance with an emphasis on electrical, ,mechanical, or controls applications.
